Wedding Questionnaire
No matter if you are having a more affordable Personalised wedding or a Registry wedding, I would love to know more about yourselves, then guide you with specific expert knowledge towards your Ceremony.
Short n Sweet Ceremonies require a deposit, a refundable $50 Bond for venue hire and the balance payable a week before.
Registry can be pre paid or put in an envelope and bring on the day
(ASB: 12 3033 0594312 00 - use your name as reference and wedding date if possible).
If you would like a receipt, please request by email and will send to you after payment.
WHAT I REQUIRE FROM YOU BEFORE THE BIG DAY
If you haven’t already applied, here is the online marriage licence link and takes approx. 3 working days, but valid for 3 months from date of application - don’t forget to tick the $33 box to get the full printed LEGAL Marriage Certificate posted to you after. IMPORTANT: Please email me your licences well BEFORE the ceremony, not on the day.
Please scan/email or provide Photo ID in person, for each of you for identification (Internal Affairs requirement).
Email me a “selfie” of yourselves together so I remember what you look like. I get to see so many beautiful couples like yourselves and wouldn’t want to greet the wrong person at your rehearsal (yes, it’s happened when you have a twin).
