Outdoor Short n Sweet Ceremony: $850

  • I help you customise a short ceremony performed at this beautiful Henderson location that can cater for either 4 to 50 people (resin chairs for up to 40 seated guests).

  • Book a time to come and view the venue, get a consultation with me and go over all the detail you would like for your Ceremony

  • I will then send you an invoice to pay a small deposit which secures your chosen date and time

  • I will bring a Professional PA system, bluetooth and Spotify playlists included

  • I will write a personalised ceremony till you are happy (including any prayers, blessings, encouraging you to bring your own personal vows/commitments to each other, sharing a little story and more)

  • Your fee paid to me also includes PA system, 1xmic

  • Apply for your marriage licence here - you also are no longer required to turn up in person at the office or sign a declaration. It is all done online (this is $150 paid separately to BDM which is also paid online)

  • Don’t forget to get your $33 Full Printed Marriage Certificate either when you purchase your licences OR can purchase after the ceremony

  • As you fill in the Online Form, choose “Personalised Wedding”

  • Select my name as your celebrant - TANIA MAINDONALD JEFFS

  • Bring your photo ID so I can confirm that the legal names are those mentioned on the licence (either at our initial meetup or on the day)

  • Bring 2 witnesses, and a translator if required

  • Or *$950 if on a Public Holiday (plus your $100 Bond paid directly to the venue).

  • Bank account - ASB 12 3033 0594312 00 (Invoice and GST Receipt can be emailed to you)

    VENUE EXTRAS AND CONDITIONS

  • Venue booking is for 1.5 hours (including putting up chairs and setup yourself (DIY); guests turning up, ceremony and photos after; packing away the chairs yourself).

  • This is not my own venue and a Bond of $100 is extra and paid separately to the owner (they will refund within 14 days after ceremony)

  • Extra time charged at $50/hr paid directly to the venue

  • Wedding arch hire available at the venue and paid directly to the venue

    PLEASE NOTE: If you are more than 30 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the Venue has booked another event or wedding after you for the location. If this occurs, I may have to come back another time or get the licences solemnised at my home at a later date.

Q. Can I use Zoom live feed or a GoPro so my family and friends can watch our ceremony from around NZ and overseas?

A. Yes, this is no problem at all.

Q. What is the maximum amount of people we are allowed at this outdoor garden venue?

A. Approx. 5-50 - please email me to book a time to meetup at the location for viewing.

Q. Can I still have a walk in wedding song or wedding music of my choice?

A. Yes, am happy to do this for you and can have that playing on my bluetooth speaker and Spotify playlist if you provide for me
