Your Big Day Questionnaire

No matter if you are having a Registry wedding, Backyard/Home wedding or at a Luxurious venue, I would love to know more about your wedding and your personal requirements, then guide you with specific expertise towards your big day.

Feel free to answer what is relevant to your Wedding Ceremony. Once you’ve submitted this, I can then generate an invoice for a deposit (Personalised Weddings only) to secure the date and final payment 30 days prior.

Registry weddings can be paid on arrival ($90 cash in an envelope) on Pre Paid online to
ASB: 12 3033 0594312 00 (use your name as reference and wedding date if possible). I can also accept payments via Stripe (Debit or Credit cards will incur a small transaction fee).

If you would like a receipt, please request by email and will send to you after payment.

WHAT I REQUIRE FROM YOU BEFORE THE BIG DAY

  1. If you haven’t already applied, here is the online marriage licence link and takes approx. 3 working days, but valid for 3 months from date of application - don’t forget to tick the $33 box to get the full printed LEGAL Marriage Certificate posted to you after. IMPORTANT: Please email me your licences well BEFORE the ceremony, not on the day.

  2. Please scan/email or provide Photo ID in person, for each of you for identification (Internal Affairs requirement).

  3. Email me a “selfie” of yourselves together so I remember what you look like. I get to see so many beautiful couples like yourselves and wouldn’t want to greet the wrong person at your rehearsal (yes, it’s happened when you have a twin).

  4. Full Payment will be made 30 days prior.

  5. Your updated wedding ceremony draft we’ve worked on months or weeks prior. I will print off the day before and bring with me to read from. Please double check any mistakes, updates of names etc.
